Take-Off Minima (Etops)

If the landing minima at departure aerodrome is below One Engine Inoperative (OEI) minima, one alternate aerodrome must be available within maximum 120 MIN at OEI speed in still air conditions, except USA. (Check local regulations, e.g. USA).
