Wind Shear
Wind shear conditions are normally associated with the following phenomena:
• thunderstorms, microburst, tornado, and gusts.
• frontal surfaces
• mountain waves
• strong wind coupled with local topography
• see breeze fronts
• low-level temperature inversions
